It was nice to be back for that class after some gap. I did see some delighted faces tho' some were hiding in the corners to run away.
I always wonder y should students be scared off their teachers?..We least look like ghosts or characters of 'PHOONK'...
In my own way I am trying to make that typical typecast of a teacher to fade away...
I am a student who finds contact with teachers quite scary. I am a good student who never gets told off, but I just find that teachers looking at my or getting to close to me scares me. No im not some sort of freak, im just scared. Teachers have commented and asked why i look scared. I think it's because I have had bad experiences with my parents that I am scared of adults.
ReplyDeleteSome cases may just be shy pupils, but some may be more serious signs of abuse.
