Through the eyes of a die hard optimist

I read one of my old residents buzz mail the other day.
I loved every bit of it... who doesn't like admiration..
I think God has made us such that we all bask in praise even if it is not factual...
thank you dear....
one thing is ...he writes so well that I wonder if he should try his hand in evaluating people...

I wish I could put that up for u to read....

Weather is turning fine and I hope it remains so for some time atleast... all those global warming ghosts would have drowned and dead by now...
I don't know why people believe in prophecying doom and disaster all the time and never see the good things happening around.. well I am a die hard optimist and think that this world is good enough to look after itself..

  2. OPERATIVE SURGERY
The only time a final yr student can perform major surgeries in no time
I always wonder the students stare in space and keep repeating the steps
They should be told the fundementals of the operation rather than steps coz the steps u do not have to learn once u become a surgeon ,they come naturally
But yes to get thru u have to mug up...such is life
I l try to give u some tip questions during my classes, I hope u note those and master them..
this is one viva where in u can score and compensate ur theory
